Fraud Alert: Spammers Posing as FTSB

We have received numerous reports from customers receiving calls or texts from what looks to be FTSB.

REMINDER! We will never call or text asking for your online banking username and password and will never ask you to change your password. These are scams! Never provide this secure information. If you are unsure, hang up and call the bank directly at the number you know.

Scammers may also ask you to provide them with your Two Factor Authentication passcode that you receive via text message. This should NEVER be given out to anyone, and is for your use only.

These scam attempts may start off looking like the text message below. This is not coming from FTSB. Simply disregard the text message.
