We’re Hiring: Human Resource & Marketing Officer
Farmers Trust & Savings Bank has an opening for a full-time Human Resource and Marketing Officer. This position could potentially be located at any FTSB location.
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in business, human resources, marketing or related field with 3+ years HR experience. Below is an overview of the essential duties and responsibilities for this role:
- Marketing – coordinate marketing committee meetings, work with media and organizations on sponsorships, create social media posts and website updates
- HR administration – assist employees with Paylocity-related tasks, assist with resolving scheduling/coverage issues, create and update job descriptions, ensure compliance with employment laws
- Recruitment, hiring, onboarding – involved in all aspects of hiring cycle, develop training and orientation plans for new employees
- Benefits administration – assist employees with annual benefits enrollment process, update benefit documents and resources, support employees and supervisors with benefits questions or issues
- Employee relations – support employees and management in resolution of employee relations issues, develop and maintain programs to drive engagement and retention
- Performance management, training, development – implement a performance review process, provide guidance and coaching, assist management with implementing training programs
