Farmers Trust & Savings Bank (FTSB) is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, Customer Service Representative at our Buffalo Center, IA location. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in person and over the phone. This role also assists with day-to-day banking needs, processing transactions, online banking support, assisting with account inquiries, promoting bank products & services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The person in this role should understand the importance of confidentiality.
