Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

Please notify us immediately if your debit card has been lost or stolen, or if unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account.

To report a lost or stolen debit card, you may utilize the card control features in online banking, or contact your local FTSB office and they will be glad to assist you.

To get a new card, you will need to contact any FTSB office during banking hours. We can print you a new debit card the same day!
